Unhappy Configuration

Hello all! I am really stumped. Can anybody tell me what are the commands to copy the configuration file in NVRAM into RAM. I know copy startup-config running-config is one way. Help Please!!!

I hate IPX. I mean really, I hate it. I very seldom have to do anything with it. I find it amusing that I still type "sho nov serv" to see my sap entries. Is that command even supported in recent IOS?
