Am I ready ?
I've been practising Bscn Transcenders and Boson today....
I've respectively hit 85 % and high 70's low 80's with both quiz engines first time.
I'm writing on Wednesday , do you guys think If I review my material (esp Bgp/Filtering) I'll pass ?

You'll do great ! I find that hitting the end of chapter reviews in the Cisco Exam guides helps to see if I understood the concepts . . .
Only YOU know if you are ready. You'll " feel " it.
Good Luck,
Justin

I always wait till I'm getting in the 90% range before I attempt exams, but if you feel comfortable then go ahead and pass that thing!!

if you get 70% for the first attempt with boson, normally it almost good
But you must get > 90%s with the second attempt (two or three days after) and then, your are OK !
For my own experience, and for all the certifications, I never go to the test under 90% (I confirm PotatoHead).
It is important to work hard on OSPF, BGP, wich were concerned about 70% of my exam, but that's depend of your test.
Good Luck
Daniel
