It doesn't seem that this is one of the recommended exam for MS. Best of luck to you though.

This exam is long. (2 hrs 45 min). You will need some hands-on experience to get through it. I rewrite next week. Was surprised to get a FAIL and am currently doing a post-mortem. All classmates got it and only one finished early!
The questions and answers are generally long and (in some cases) intentionally unclear, for example with a key-word (and sometimes just a 'buzz-word') becoming the significant difference between one answer and another.
