ILT Books for Oracle 8i DBA
Just wanted to know if one had the official Oracle DBA ILT books, do you need other DBA OCP books by Sybex etc?
Thanks

I am sorry my post was not clear. I was asking if I was to get ILT books then would I need to get any other books, or are the ILT books sufficient.
Thanks

Hi,
ILT should be enough, but this always depends on your "experience" with Oracle. ILT covers all topics in the right depth. If you need further materials to a specific topic use technet.oracle.com - save the money for books and invest it in STS to prepare for the exam ;-)

Well my experience with Oracle is only in Developer 2000, I am almost an OCP just one more exam to go. So you think as far as OCP DBA goes only the ILT books plus STS should suffice...
