 How to receive the CNA Certificate?
I passed the 050-639 exam. a week ago (also
completed the "Novell Agreement"). How
long Novell will send me the certificate?
Do I have to do anything on the Novell web
site before they will send me the cert.?

As long as you filled out the survey thing they will send it to you. I got mine in about 1 1/2 weeks or so, but I had to go to their website and fax them a sheet because I didn't feel out their survey.
