Question Router Emulator

Is there such a program to emulate the configuration (mucking around) of a Cisco Router where one can play with all the commands etc. ?

telnet to r1r2.com and you will be connected directly to a two cisco router setup. passwords are both cisco. if you have other questions you can go to their site at www.r1r2.com
