A. Open Control Panel and double-click the Scheduled Tasks program.

B. Open Control Panel and double-click the Administrative Tools folder.

C. On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and click Scheduled Tasks.

D. On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and click Scheduled Tasks.

Correct Answers: A and D

A. Correct: Double-clicking the Scheduled Tasks program in Control Panel opens the Scheduled Tasks window. In this window, you can schedule a new task or modify or delete an existing task.

B. Incorrect: The Administrative Tools folder in Control Panel points to the \Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools folder. Even if the Administrative Tools program group is configured not to appear on the Programs menu, the Administrative Tools folder still appears in Control Panel. This folder does not contain a shortcut to the Scheduled Tasks window.

C. Incorrect: The Administrative Tools program group points to the same set of shortcuts contained in Control Panel's Administrative Tools folder.

D. Correct: The Scheduled Tasks program appears in the System Tools program group.
