Teach yourself Shell programming in 24 Hours is a decent shell programming book. Pretty basic and cheap!

Thumbs up

Unix Shells by Example by Ellie Quigley (ISBN 0-13-021222-9 Prentice Hall) is a great resource. It covers sh, ksh, csh, as well as awk, sed, and grep. A must have, in my opinion.
