Yes, I agree it has to be A. The Accessibility Options are set in the control panel and they turn off after a specified period of idle time. You would want to adjust the idle time settings so that the user would not have his stickykeys, filterkeys and togglekeys turned off during his lunch break.

I'm on a 2000 Adv. Server box right now, and after running Accessibilty Options, click the General tab. There's an option called Automatic reset. There's a checkbox by "Turn off accessibility options after idle for:" blank "minutes." There's a pulldown menu with options from 5 to 30 in 5 minute increments.
