Scheduled this friday!!
Pavlov congratulations Girl! Now after you've taken it, was it what you expected?? Did you get any of the hard questions you were worried about? I am a little nervous myself. I passed Net+ with One wrong answer however that was a year ago. I took an online class and got an A, for I-net+ cert prep. I can tell you that If I depended on that class to teach me what I needed to know I would definitely think I'd fail, I really like it better when your in a classroom environment. I would appreciate any kind of feedback, since I am in the correct forum this time! Thanks,
Chris

My name isn't Pavlov but...
LOL, were you in the wrong forum before?
Sorry, I don't test until a week from Thursday! But I can wish you good luck! I hope you absolutely slay the test.
Things I've heard that not every source tells you are: know what the first two headers of/lines in a MIME message are. Know what CORBA is. Be straight on the bandwidth of ISDN (BRI at least), T1, E1, T3, OC1, and OC3.
I missed 4 on my Net+ and I thought that was awesome... Wow, I bet you'll do great on i-Net+. Good luck!

Best wishes to both Chriscri and Sh0tGun. The test was a typical CompTIA exam. Some of the questions were incredibly vague. One that sticks out in my mind had to do with graphic formats and which one required a plug-in. Seems like they are looking for something like RealPlayer or Quicktime, etc., except the choices were like GIF, TIFF, JPEG, etc. That one threw me and I just picked "C" - because whenever in doubt I always choose "C".
If you are using the Sybex guide, then you'll see a couple of questions from the practice test at the end of the book, if you're using Exam Drill, you won't be disappointed. I took the practice exam at the end of the Exam Cram book the day before my test and scored 83% - when i took the actual exam I scored 88% - meanwhile, on Exam Drill I was pulling an average of 97%. Hope all of this helps you both.

hello, you mentioned the sybex book, are most of the questions fairly accurate to the actual test? I scored 83 on the final of it the other day, but was getting 90-95% on the chapter quizes. I'm wondering if this is sufficent to pass the exam. Any advice?
