It's been awhile since I took this one. I would suggest doing a search of the board. I know this has been addressed before. Maybe some of the others who are fresh from the exam can give you some pointers.

I have read the book, before switching to routing. (sorry about the pun). I think you find plenty of STP, VLANS and multi-layer switching.
