Untill CIW issues wallet cards, I will have to keep on the Microsoft track. With a wallet card I can show credentials on the spot. Wallet cards are useful when you visit potiential customer sites.

re-ciw
When you are out; shopping, teaching, ect.
carrying around a bunch of certs. is very unprofessional. People aren't impressed
Certs are easly printed up, carrying certs subjects them to a lot of damage. A card is easier to carrying around. An 81/2 x 11 cert is for your wall at home or office.

I just put the CIW stuff on my resume. You can always provide copies of the certs or the score result sheets later if they want proof.
I have an A+ card in my wallet but I hardly ever pull it out. There's no need really. I just tell people that I'm A+ certified and that's good enough.
Choosing a cert based on whether or not they give you a card seems silly to me.

just kidding - i have three or four - a better suggestion is the ability to get official transcripts online like microsoft does. this is very useful and would identify which tests had been successfully passed.

Logos?
What about a CIW certification logo? Do they have them? I have made my own business cards and I put my A+ and CCNA logos on them.
Biz cards are just as easy to distribute as giving someone a look at a cert wallet card. Better than a résumé or certificate.
Just another option for you! Does CIW give out logo files?
