Hi ....any one can help with this one

Question 70-210

I'm not sure about , but I would try to delete and recreate the two user , and I would then look for the right presenceof their own directory under c:\documents adn settings.
Have you tried to search for an help on technet ,sometimes it helps me a lot!!

Share the folder/file where the file you're copying is located, or check that user has appropriate rights to the resource.
