Vue Testing With Checkpoint...aaarrrhhhh
What a pain in the as_ this is. They (VUE) have to link your current info with CheckPoint info in order for you to schedule an exam. Fine. I contacted them a month ago via email about three times and never received a response. I then proceeded to contact them by phone. I called them over a week ago and spent about 30 minutes on the phone with a customer rep who supposedly linked my info so I could test with CheckPoint. When I went to their site to schedule 156-205, I couldn't schedule the exam. I had the exact same error! I still have problems scheduling the CCSA CP2000 exam because my info needs to be linked with my current profile. What a PAIN!
I heard remarks a while ago about customer service at Sylvan was bad and that VUE testing was a better option for your certification exams. WELL, I DISAGREE!! I believe that Sylva Prometric's system is better and much more convenient! I have better things to do with my time than to keep checking on whether my info has been "linked" through VUE!
JMHO!!

I've use Prometric every time and they've been excellent.
No hitches or foul ups.
And the people at their testing centres have also been fab !
I am not changing away from Prometric. I don't want to register with another test provider to find out that they goofed up !
It just adds another worry on top of the anxieties of preparing for the test in the first place!
Just not worth it man.
Just my 2p worth. ( approx $0.03)
