Microsoft chat
Yesterday (1/10/2002), I joined the Microsoft chat about the 70-218 exam. A lot of questions were asked and "some" were answered. It was disappointing to see that the people that they [Microsoft] had chosen had to research answers to questions that would, by any common since, be asked on a topic as such. Example - How long will be allowed to take the test? It took well over 5 minutes to get an answer. How sad. You might state : Your [my] connection was too slow ... doubt it, im on a T1 dedicated line. Overall it was a disappointing chat and I give the Hosts from Microsoft a D- on a grading scale from A-F.
Maybe my standards are too high and maybe I'm being unreasonable, but when I pay as much money as I have to be certified, and Microsoft is making billions... I want quality in everything Microsoft does - this means even the Q & A chats.
I'll get off my soapbox now.
