Hmmmmmm

I'm digging around in my Marcraft text book and came across this snippet:

"If the size of the cache is configured too large, the computer will slow when exiting Internet Explorer. To remedy the loss of performance, reduce the size of the cache."

Based on that I would go with C. Anyone else?

C sounds right and the explanation from Marcraft does too. A large cache will help browsing, but if there is a lot of stuff to clear when the browser closes it will take a little longer. The size of the cache is the only thing you can configure in this question, so the answer to the question must lie there.
Adding RAM is more of a "hardware" solution to improve overall performance of the machine. It will help for sure, but IMHO this question is really about the browser and what you can do with it. Configuring the cache is the best option.
