answer this 9i question please!

Whats the deal with 9i?
You only need 4 tests, 2 from the associate track and 2 from the OCP track, but then there are mastery tests to choose from and izo-001 is in there as well to choose from (or is it?) as the sql/plsql test, but is that for 8i?
The first test for 9i is sql only! doesnt look like plsql is a 9i testing component!
What gives?

alright. im glad oracle made the first test just sql instead of adding in plsql. they did that for the fundamentals I test so you cant get away without learning it.
