I passed CCNA today !!!! Simply wonderful
I work very hard during 3 month before getting the exam. I was greatly suprised when I saw the score : 989 !!!!! yes baby !! 989 ! . I found the test was not difficult at all, maybe I have worked too much, Anyway I am really happy. now I take a rest for 3 days and will start working on CCNP next week !!. I plan to become a ccnp and ccdp in 14 months : 3 months of work for Routing ,3 months of work for Switching, 2 months of work for Remote Access ,2 months of work for Cit and four month for CCDA and CID... !!!
what do you thing about ? is it too much or not enough ??? thanks for your advice.
For ccna I used Sybex (todd lammle), ICND book (official vol1 and vol2), ciscopress ccna by wendell odm (great book). for test simulation I used boson and transcender.
don't forget to give me your advice about the amount of time needed to pass ccnp four exams !!!!!!
thanks everybody
jean philippe

congratulations zaza.
Well it depends how much time you will study everyday . If you are not working at the moment and you will study full time then each subject should not take more then 1 month i guess so , if you are working & you study everyday 1 or 2 hours then 2 months each subject will be visible if more then you can calculate the average time . Don't give exam untill you are 100% sure that you will pass it
Good luck
