Vlans on 2924 xl

hi,

I have configured vlans on the 1900 but never any on the 2924 xl and from what i know it is diffrent.

is there any links with sample configs ?

I don't have any links, but try searching Cisco for the complete 2900 command reference.

To create a VLAN, it's like creating a loopback. Simply type something like interface vlan 2 from global, and it's created. Then go into your interface configuration mode (F0/1 for example) and type switchport access vlan 2. You'd now have F0/1 be a member of VLAN 2 in this example.
