I've never heard of SIP and QLLC . PLP, afaik, is a network layer protocol, do it doesn't fit. HDLC and 802.2 (LLC) are definitely related to SDLC. (OK, I searched on the web, and QLLC seems to be related to SDLC too.)

2)To list the network protocols and the number of users and hosts, you can use the followingjob aid.To which category would "frame Relay" belong?

This question doesn't make too much sense; however, the only choice that fits with "Frame Relay" is "name of protocol".

3) Which three layers of the OSI reference model are addressed by the ITU-T ISDN standards?

Physical, Datalink and Network

4)WAN protocols can operate at three layers of the OSI reference model. What are they?

QLLC
HDLC
802.2(LLC)

LAP B is also derivate of SDLC. I found this in "Internetworking Technologies Handbook" third edition. Good Luck!!

P.S. For dmaftei:
