Anyone has heard about this????(voice)

Hi all ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a big problem.,,,it's about voip...
there are C7200 with E1 interface and WAN..
The remote site(problem site) is C3620 has
2W1E and 4 port FXSs and link 2 Mbps. to the central site.,, the other remote sites have no problem..,, just only the site in my area.,,
(so poor)..
The problem is when I call from the remote site to the central site ,there are the ring tones,but if the one in the central site receive my call, then there are no voice or anything I can hear but the central site can hear me and sometimes cannot hear both sites.
Anyway ,sometimes it works so well ,but after a day or a half of day ,the problem is occurred again...,,what's wrong????
my solution:::
1.replace FXS.... (((hopelesss cannot solve)))
2.replace NM-2V.. (((hopeless cannot solve)))
3.replace c3620 by c3640 ...(((hopeless cannot solve)))
4.upgrade IOS 12.1(5)T9 to 12.1(5)T10 (((cannot solve also)))

The physical configuration ->
C3620 connect to Cat.2924
Cat.2924 mount to rack but C3620 doesn't mount to rack....
I remember that when I replace C3620 by C3640 I mounted C3640 to rack ...but the problem is still occurred...

I think that the power and ground system is sensitive to the voice problems....or I have to improve the ground system to be better???

Please ...!! help me...!!!
(sorry my grammar is so poor..)
if anybody can help me ,please mail me also ... sirisak_mai@hotmail.com

help to start

Hello Maiiam

Start with the physical layer and look at the ground issue. All your racks should have an earth ground. If any piece of equipmnet is not rack mounted and you suspect a ground loop, then have the chassis ground of the non-racked device connect to the rack. Ground loop problem gone.
Next look at how your cables are laid out. Try not to have the power cables crossover the data cables due to inductance which will cause noise at a minimum. You may want STP vs UTP.

I find it odd that you can have connection for a period of time and then lose it for another period. Check the routing protocol.

The VoIP thing is something I cannot help you with. At least you have a start. Ultimately, you can always open a case with Cisco TAC - they rock!
