I have heard that the passing of this
single exam will give a mcse 2000 certification,as i am already a Mcse 4.0
is this true???

You need to pass 070-240 and 1 elective from the 2000 track to gain MCSE 2000.

yes, but you fail because microsoft use the 70240 accelerated exam to mcse in nt4 but you need to pass the exam before december 2001, now is too late, i think
