Need Advice on which Cheet Sheets!!!
hi
i am writing SQL 2000 Design on tuesday for the third time and really do not want to fail again - i have studied a msPress SQL 7 design book and used msdn!
does anyone know of good exam questions and answers or simulations to use? - i used cheet sheets for the last 2 exams and the answers were wrong!!
are the exam questions from www.forward123.co.uk good and are the answers correct??
can anyone help me get hold of legitimate exam questions and answers??

Legitimate Questions and Answers
This one is easy - Take the test and fail it (just as you have). Then you will know the legitimate questions and the wrong answers. Make sure you write down all the questions for yourself after the test. This is what you study.
There is an alternative: Take the cheat sheets and actually research the questions for the correct answer. Never know, might learn something in the process.

It beggars the question why you are studying an exam guide intended for a different version of the software?
I've never used the MS Press books, but the general consensus seems to be that they don't provide complete coverage. Even if it does, I'd strong suggest expanding your reading material on the subject. Sometimes a different author's perspective or wording can help you understand a concept better.

*ALL* of the braindumps and other cheats contain inaccuracies; 'tis the nature of the beast. Memorizing them is a great way to ensure that you learn somebody else's mistakes and don't actually know the material.
STS is a good source of practice questions, although they are not the actual exam questions, and can really help you think through the facts that you know and apply then to exam-like questions. I haven't encountered a wrong answer on an STS product yet. (Although I'm sure there's one or two out there!)
If you have to know the exact questions and answers before you take the exam to pass, then you're not qualified. If you feel that unsure of your knowledge, then maybe you should postpone your next attempt and use the time differently then you have been. I think it's safe to say that your current studying strategy is not working for you, even though it might work fine for someone else.

Hi Samantha,
It's already Tuesday so I may be too late! I just wanted to say that finding example questions on the web is all well and good but the secret to success is to research the correct answers for yourself.
I used Books On Line and playing with my installation of SQL Server in order to determine the correct answers for practise questions.
Transcender exam simulation software is also very good, expensive but in my opinion worth it if you feel unsure whether you are ready for the exam or not.
Best of luck,
Cassie
