Not Outlook but it use to work in Outlook Express. However, now that MSN has change the way hotmail is structured with their new passport system, in order to pop your hotmail, you'll need to email their tech support to allow your username to have pop access.... crappy deal.

Because we all know that Microsoft's servers and products are completely secure and our private information will be safe.
Nor would Microsoft ever store and compile our personal data, mine it, and resell it to other companies or use it for their own marketing efforts.
