Help me.
I don't know them... answers..

1. User can't access an application on a server. Other users can. You ask user to access another application on same server, user is able to access the other application, what do you need to do to resolve problem?

a) Reboot server

b) Reboot workstation

c) Check user's password

d) Check user's access procedures

e) Ask user to access problem from another workstation



2. User is having problems accessing the local internet web site. How should you determine if problem is related to this user's workstation only?

a) Run winipcfg

b) Try accessing intranet from another workstation

c) Try to PING

e) Run tracert to the InterNIC.



3. Firewall protects an internal private network from the ineternet by filtering TCP/IP traffic based upon which 3 parts of a TCP/IP packet?
