Hi gomcse,
I think that's a realistic goal for you seeing that you are a current MCSE in NT4.0. When I finally decided to start preparing for this exam, I'd say that it took me less than a month.
I spent about 2 weeks reading Exam Cram and Technet material as well as doing hands-on work with Win2k. I then spent about 1 week going over the Troytec study guide and Transcenders practice tests.
Here's the link I posted when I passed with subject material I encountered on the exam as well as what I used to study.

Good luck to you.

Is it possible?
Yes it is with hard study and some "hands-on" experience".
What I might suggest is that ou actually do 70-215 first (Server) as 70-210 does actually ask questions concerning the server.
I did 70-210 first then 70-215 afterwards but if I had to do them again I would reverse the order.
