I have the CBT Nuggets, and I think it was a good purchase. Basically it's a video capture from a Win2000 Pro screen, with someone explaining the What, Where, How, and Why's. I liked it for the fact you may know what has to be done, and this showed you, where to go, and what was going to happen when you clicked on the buttons. Only draw back I would say would be that it doesn't go that indepth into the a few area's. But this does make a excellent addition to other study materials like Troytec, and Sybex.
