Study Material

I just recently passed my Network+ and now I am going for my Inet+. I want to know what you guys are using to pass the test. I just recently bought the Exam Cram fro Inet+ and I am thinking of getting the Exam Drill also but I heard that they are changing it. I have a few questions.

1. What study material did you guys use?

2. How hard is the Inet+ test?

3. How long did you study for the Inet+ test?

4. Is the Inet+ test going through some changes or just the Examdrill?

Thanx

1. David Groth's "i-Net+ Study Guide".
2. Easiest test I have ever taken.
3. One week.
4. The i-Net+ Beta is out now, but the old test can still be taken.

Wink i-Net+

i used "i-Net+ Exam Notes" from Sybex

the test is a peace of cake if you know the basics of internet!!! (really basic)

it took me about two weeks to read the book

take the standard exam, it's like all the examples you can find in internet

Good luck!

Do you think I can pass the Inet+ exam with just Exam Cram. I just passed my Network+ test like a week ago and I want to take the Inet+ but I dont want to spend alot of money on Study Guides. Do you think the Exam Cram is sufficent enough to pass the test?

I am currently using the Exam Cram and am reading it for a second time just to be on the safe side. I am taking the test on Dec. 7, and will let you know how I did. Also, I have had virtually no knowledge of this stuff before I started. I will let you know after December 7.

I'm using the Sybex Study Guide and i-Net+ Certification Study System by Joseph Byrne (IDG Books). I really like the IDG series for the CompTIA exams. They are white with blue lettering and a thin silver stripe down the cover and they come with BeachFront Quizzer software.

Also, got Exam Drill - I loved it for the Net+ and I'm counting on it again for i-Net+
