here are a few steps which might help you to understand.
1. LEARN ENGLISH.
2. READ THE AGREEMENT WHICH WAS DISPLAYED BEFORE YOU REGISTERED. THIS CLEARLY MENTIONS YOU SHOULD'NT DO.
3. USE THE YELLOW PAGES FOR TRADING.
if you cant do any of the above.. you are a disgrace to the Certifications.
