What if elective exam expires?
Microsoft is keeping MCSENT4.0 along with MCSE2000,saying certs will no longer expire. What is going to happen when an elective exam is retired? For example, I used proxy (70-088) as an elective. If this exam is retired, will I need to replace it with another exam? (it used to be yes) Now Im not sure. If MCSE's are now not going to expire (just be labeled NT4.0, 2000 etc.) Then why would anyone need to replace an exam? I have looked at MS's web page and even called them. I still dont know the answer.

One more thing, as far as I know, 70-088 is neither in the "Retired Exams" list nor the "Exams Scheduled to be Retired" list. So you may relax and sleep sound with it.
