Restaurant IT jobs
New to this forum, but would like some advice on Restaurant IT jobs. I've been in the Restaurant business and have always had an interest in computers. Does anyone know what companies such as Micros or Infogenesis look for in candidates who are paid to set-up Restaurant systems? Any info would be helpful.

I applied for a position with one in florida,
came close getting the job, they offered in the region of $30 a year to start, I spoke to a friend in the buisness and said after a few years to into sales and make 50 a year. But they are very technical these days, lots of networking.I never got the job cause I didnt know enough about computers (I knew a fair bit then),even though I was in charge of setting up and maintaning the 12 POS systems where I used to work.
Sorry I cant remember the name ,but hit every POS company on the net and in the yellow pages, seems a real interesting job (with free lunch!!!)
Good Luck
