an SNPA is somewhat conceptual because it actually defines the point at which subnetwork services are provided, rather than an actuall physical interface. the conceptual nature of SNPAs fits with the conceptuall nature of subnetworks themselves, which can consist of multiple date links connected by date link switches.

I can not understand this section, please give me a hand, thanks
