Resumes can be tricky. So much depends on the expectations of who is looking at it, and those vary so widely. Just some initial observations...

1. "Technitian" is spelled "technician".

2. Drop the header "Education" and use "Certifications" instead, then you can drop the "certified" description after A+, Network+, etc. (Watch excessive repetition of any one word in your resume.) In my opinion, the header "Education" is better left for technical training or college degrees.

3. Under "Skills" you might try creating a subheader for "Hardware" and one for "Software" and being more specific as to which operating systems, peripherals, etc. that you have worked with. You don't necessarily need to list them all, but the things you've worked with most. Keep in mind that an HR manager, inexperienced in IT, may be perusing your resume for keywords.
With the level of experience you seem to have your resume should remain at one page, but what you have thus far looks like it would run short of one page , so a little filler may help.

4. Just use "Work Experience" or "Experience" for your job history heading. I suspect the "relatated" is a typo, but just in case, its "related".

5. Watch the verb tense. If you worked somewhere in the past use past tense like "serviced" and "assisted". If you are currently employed, in that entry use present tense.

6. You may want to pick up a thesaurus and try using some snappier synonyms. For instance, use the word "supported" instead of "repaired" several times. Repair may be correct, but the snappy word in IT is "support". Try something like "mentored lower level technicians", rather than just "assisted".

Hope some of this helps. Any ideas from anyone else?

I should have gone over some of those typos, but I will make some revisions, then re-post later again, to see how that one comes out. Thanks!

There are two things I noticed.

1. You mention that you're billingual, but don't mention what other language you speak.

2. Are you really versed in every OS? There are a lot of Unix variants out there, and I'm yet to meet anyone who's even seen all of them. I suggest saying you're versed in every major OS instead (assuming you are).

I agree with all the responses.Maybe include any implementations of your skills. You mention HTML and Web design. You mention you know C.What have you done/can you do.You must tighten it up.Also, for someone requestig a proof read, at least have the courtesy to present it to us in a more proffesional manner.I understand it being a draft but still...

I apoligize for not presenting it in a more professional manner. It's my first real resume, so I'm trying to get it right. I did some last minute changes on it to post it and that's when I probably did the typos.
I apoligize. I really do appreciate the advice though and I know that with the help you've given me I can greatly improve on it!
