Best book, for me would be David Groth's Study Guide from Sybex. Many others would recommend Michael Meyers' book, but I never read his All-in-One guide for the Net+. Best sites? This one, of course!

If you are new to networking " All in One " is the best. Than you need another more sophisticated book, I used Sybex.
