My score wasn't very good - 806 but it got the job done. I was thrown off by some of the phrasing. Certain areas weren't hit nearly as hard as I thought they might be. KNOW YOUR ISDN. The funny part is that I aced all of the command questions with no actual router experience. I thought they were a piece of cake. Switching next I guess.

What books did you use?
I purchased the CCNP Remote Access Certification Guide and was hoping to get some positive feed back on it.

well I know you are asking this question to braves but I just wanted to tell you to get yourself the cisco press book and the exam cram as well they are both good and necessary for the test. I also recommend the ccprep website to practice for the test. hope this can help you... and alot of ISDN/Frame Relay questions on this test... good luck

Ditto what Tulcingo said... Go buy the CiscoPress Boxset. It's very good. I also had the syngress book for BCRAN and I thought it sucked. I used Boson 1,2,&3 and they helped somewhat. I did skim the ExamCram and it looked pretty good. Being that I don't currently work with Cisco equipment, I find that the ciscopress books are somewhat difficult for me to absorb at first. I usually supplement with either ExamPrep or Sybex and then read the corresponding chapters in Cisco. But after the CiscoPress info. starts sinking in, there are no better books imo. My best advise would be to really hit the ISDN sections hard in CiscoPress and also the commands. I had alot of them.

I'm sorry but is that Cisco Press book you are referring to the 400 page CCNP BCRAN exam preparation book by Cisco press, or is the big 800 page monster Cisco press remote access network book?
