Passed NT Workstation 4.0 today with a 966. It definately wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I found the 2 A+ exams and networking essentials more difficult.
Anyway thanks to you suzie for your responses.
My initial study material were books issued to me when I attended a NT core tech course, which was funded by my employer.
The prac exam materials I used were Transenders, Accutest, and Testout.
Here are a couple of URLs to help out:
http://www.coriolis.com/cip/core4rev.asp http://www.globetrotting.com/windowsnt/
All I can say is know your stuff. I looked through a couple of braindumps and found that some people were giving incorrect answers. Likewise with some of the prac exams. These are good tools but at the end of the day, you either know NT well enough, or you don't.Anyways... NT Server next (13th June).

Good luck,
Study hard.

Hi again Johnno
**** I wish I was you and have finnished the exam already. It will be my first one, and my stomache is in a knot for a week already. I'm writing on Monday 12 June at 15H00. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. I have studied hard, but I keep on finding some more questions that I do not know.

Suzie,
Relax, If you've studied well and done practice test you're half way there. Do you have the software installed on your computer? That's a great way of learning. If you do just practice going into each area and learning it. The ultimate is to have two computers and you can set them up in a mini network, but if you don't that's not a problem. I Read my books, studied practice test and more reading and practice test I made a 1000 on the exam as a result. What practice exams are you using? I'm now preparing for my server exam in a few days. Just relax and develop a plan and schedule and follow it.

Hi Courvoisser
Thanx for you answering my posting.
I'm using trancenders and testmaster exams,
mostly they come from Daniel Petri.I also
have Pepe's dump. Good luck for your server
exam, I seem to have a problem booking an exam, as the company that my work sent me to seems to be going bang! and I've found out that they arn't even a VUE testing senter. Anyhow my exam has been cancelled twice already. Not doing me much good, because I feel reddy, but the testing senter is not.
They need to get ISDN lines installed etc.
Be seing you at server, if I manage to pull this one off on Monday 19/06/00.
