I'm really glad someone started this. I am very new to the IT field. I'm studying for my A+ certification. I have a question, Where do you guys suggest I go from this?

It depends on what your interests are. A lot of people use the A+ as a jump off point for MCSE and then CCNA. But maybe you're interested in things more related to the Web, design, things of that nature.

I have very little experience, this would be a career change for me. I'm interested in systems analysts/programming/development.

You may want to consider Network+, it will at least familiarize you with some basic networking concepts. Then maybe i-Net+ to better learn some basic web information. After that something lie CIW, Oracle DBA may be your right. Depending on how much time you have to put into studying, Network+ ought to be doable in a short period of time.
