A couple more Questions:
1. I've been looking at MOUS books. (Specifically Exam Prep ) None of them seem to make any distinction between the core and expert levels. Is it safe to assume that these books are adequate for either level? Are these books adequate period?
2. Has anyone used the practice tests from "Self Test Software" for these exams, or at least heard if they are any good?
Thanks

The Exam Cram books for the MOUS exams usually have a section in the beginning that says "read these chapters for the core exam" and "read these chapters for the expert level exam".
I'm not sure if the Exam Prep books do that or not. I can tell you that I used the Exam Cram books when I was preparing for my MOUS exams, and they prepared me very well.
I can also tell you that Self-Test Software is an excellent product. I used that as well when I was studying for the MOUS exams. The questions are quite similar to the real exams.
