I have a question about a couple powerpoint tasks.
One task asks you to format the presentation to print as pure black and white.
Then set up the show to print handouts with two slides on a page.
Does this mean that you have to preview the presentation in pure black and white before printing? (view black and white while holding shift key)or you just go to
File, Print, and Print what. Do you have to actually press ok to print it out for the test engine to pick up the answer, or do you just go on to the next question. How do you save something like that?

You actually press print although nothing will actually print out.
You need to set up the presentation to print in black and white - but only set it up.
Read the questions carefully and only do exactly what they tell you to do. Do not do any more than they tell you to do.
