Just successfully completed NT Workstation 4.0 with a score of 900. The test was non-adaptive, 60 minutes, with 30 questions. I missed one in Installation Procedures, and two in Managing Resources. 3.33 points per question.
Most of the questions were straight out of the prep test (respectively Transcender and CICPrep exams). Show around five from the braindump sites, and two new ones to me.
1.)Your NT workstation is connecting to an ISP that uses PPP. The ISP requires your Workstation to select from a display menu.
How will you configure dail-up connection to automatically log on to the ISP PPP server?
A.) Run script after dial-up connection is complete.
B.) Do nothing, it is not required for PPP dail-up services.
C.) Can’t remember.
D.) This kind of PPP Dail-up service is not supported by Microsoft.
2.) You want to print a document to a remote NT Workstation from your NT Workstation, but you don’t want to install any print drivers to your computer and have to delete them at a later time. How can you print to the remote printer without loading drivers onto your computer?
1.) Use NT Explorer to drag and drop the document to the remote printer.
2.) Use “net print” command at the prompt.
3.) Bogus response.
