Do you have to test in order?? pro then server?? I am more interested in the server cert at this point and will probably do the rest of the exams. Is there a difference from the employers perspective on which cert you hold (pro or server)??

Take them any way you want to. Most people start with 210 and work up, others start with a designing exam (219-221). Basically, whatever floats your boat.
