1-- D,E for sure, possibly A. HTTP uses port 80 by default and FTP uses 21. So that's how you set it up.
2-- D. You need to loosen the security level. Default level when you upgrade from nt4 to w2k doesn't allow helene to run app.
3-- C,D. Free up disk space to provide more virtual memory. You don't want to lower the size of the paging file. Adding him to power users does nothing for performance. Optimizing performance for background will actually slow down the apps running in the foreground.
