I haven't been on in ages and got the "stop by" email as well.
I really, really, really hated the spam and the fact that the moderators could only edit messages.
I also really, really, really hated the long threads with people asking for brain dumps.
Hopefully things have changed. Maybe not.

This site sucks. With the amount of spam and lack of moderation that examnotes.net has, it's better to check out www.techexams.net/forums, www.certcities.com and www.security-forums.com.

NOT
Things haven't changed and won't until webmaster gets rid of all the brain-dump advertising on this site and stops catering to brain-dumpers. He's only attracting one type of person with all those brain-dump sites he advertises. And that type of person is a spammer and an individual who wants brain-dumps and wants to promote brain-dumps. There are much better cert sites out there.
I can think of one right of the top of my head.
He only has himself to blame for the demise of this site.
I got the email, too, and thought "yeah, right". The only reason I logged in today was to speak my mind. I'll probably be banned, but oh well.....NO BIG LOSS.
It's dmitro1's loss if he doesn't change his site format. But then again, his motivation is $$$ from the site owner's whose garbage he advertises. He don't give a flip about anything else.

I still come by every once in awhile. The quality of posts have really gone down hill the last couple of years. It seems as though many people that had jobs in IT years ago got laid off and went another direction. I'm still working in IT but have slowed down on my persuit of certifications.
It was a sad day for this web site when all of the spammers posted and their messages were not removed. Then to make things worse, there was an Adults Only section added! What's that all about? Let's keep on topic "Exam Notes"
