Really slow computer?

I recently installed Windows Onecare, Windows Defender and Internet Explorer 7. Right about then I noticed the computer slowing down. I ran all my anti-spy: Adaware, SpyBot, CWShredder, Windows Defender. Everything cleaned good, however Windows Defender found a few items it claims it cannot remove: C:\System Volume Information\restore(62012363-02D9-48B3-906F-FA61D4551726)\RP61\A0007693.exe>(WiseSix)>(wise0013) and others similar with 1 or 2 numbers diferent. They were from BearShareand other medium threat spyware. This might not be the reason for my slow computer but I would like to know how to get them removed. I checked in search, in the registry and nothing is found. I went to Command Prompt and tried to get into the file "System Volume Information" and I was denied access, I am the administrator. If you have any advise please take me thru steps. Also if anyone has installed these and is experiencing similar slow downs please let me know also. Thanks for your time.

those are system folders and you cannot remove them.

oneCare is a mofo on the CPU, it eats the cycles like anything. Uninstall it untill the product is realeased.
