Routing Protocols
So what Routing protocols should I concentrate on? I use RIP and EIGRP all the time, but I rarely use anything else. Are these the main ones tested on or should I concentrate on a differnt one?

Have you bought any books yet? You'll find that the coverage is fairly equal for all of them, and the test is the same. OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, RIPv1/2, and statics are all there. The CCNP track kicks out IGRP and adds BGP and ISIS. Cisco of course likes EIGRP since it's their brain-child, but they also seem to undertand that OSPF is very widely accepted so their tests reflect that.
NAT is a fairly new (1yr) topic for the 640-801. Earlier in the year, Sybex didn't cover any of the commands, but I'd assume that they've updated by now. Cisco Press does cover it very well.
