Microsoft Outlook

Here's the deal....We have an Exchange Server here and when we receive an e-mail with attachment we just can't open it. We get messages such as: "Operation failed","Error", etc. We can't even save the attachment to open it at a later time.

Any thoughts? Thank you!

If you're using Outlook 2003, it is by design. Outlook 2003 blocks certain attachments from being opened. You have to go on the Exchange Server and change settings to allow certain types of attachments to be opened.

You can also look in the Help section in Outlook. Do a search for Attachments.

If you're not using Outlook 2003, I don't know.

Hope that helps.
