I have been a Network Engineer for 4yrs, I went to a 2 week boot camp. Then when I got my MCSE , only then did I make some good money, I made about 27hr. Yeah there was people that didn't get their certs, no different then going to college and not getting your degree. Does it mean it's a scam. Well, yeah if you believe you can do it without working toward it.
If you don't already have some experience, I wouldn't even try to go for a MCSE. Most people who fail don't have no skills, no experience or if the do pass with no experience there just paper mcse.
