motherboards
i have to buy a motherboard and processor.
i can get a motherboard a processor and ram
for $$1000
but i can get a motherboard with a built in processor and ram for $$600
can i trust this motherboard with a built in processor to last? or should i buy a motherboard an processor seperate...
i would like some opinions on the mobo with the built in processor...

Hmmm... Are you sure it is built in? Or is it a combo kit type deal? In my opinion, I would avoid it if the processor and ram are not replaceable or expandable. Of course I am a picky SOB I suppose. However, if it is just a set of hardware then ehnnnn can't say much which out knowing some more details on exactly what it is.

I wouldn't opt for a unit with a built in processor. It limits your options, you can never upgrade the processor.
Find a combo deal. Computer Builders Warehouse and Micro Center have some good deals.
