Oh... You can refund it!

If you buy with Credit Card?
You can refund them all!
This is the same case of me.
They didn't send me any voucher for 1 months!!!
Refund them all!!!

You've allowed only 3 days, during the holiday season?

That's a bit harsh.

Well, on the site it said that I should recieve the voucher within a few minutes. And holiday season or not, i still should have gotten some kind of contact. I know i sound like scrooge but i'm really pissed of right now. Examvouchers charged me for the voucher. I've emailed them probably 4 or 5 times without a single response. How would i go about on getting a refund?

1. I think you may be jumping the gun on this one...
2. Contact your CC company to get a refund, or cancel the purchase...

Yep, call your credit card company and tell them you never received the product and you've tried to contact the company and haven't gotten a response. They'll give you your money back. They'll then get the money back from the company and charge them a penalty. It's called a "chargeback". Merchandisers HATE getting chargebacks because they have to pay a fee and the credit card company keeps a record of it. It's kind of like a late payment on a credit report. If a company gets too many chargebacks, the credit card company will stop processing payments for them and cancel their account.

I guess i could wait a few days. Thanks for your help guys. If i don't get a response from them, I will try to do the chargeback.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I ordered through them three times and always got my voucher within about 4 hours.
