Question cmd line

Hi, I just finished official MS course for this one 2273,4,5 and my instructor mentioned to be ready for command line questions. Did you get quite a few of these on your test? If so, any recommendations on which ones to key my study on? Also just wondering, were the questions mainly based on a one domain senerio or mutiple domains?

Thanks.

Not many command line questions. Most questions were single domain. Know backup and what can be done from AD

May I ask what kind of test setup you had to work with? Do you run Win2k3 at work or did you just set up a small test bed at home or what? I'm just asking because I am just about ready to get a second machine up and running with Win2k3 (and Fedora 3) and wondering if I should have it running AD, DNS, etc. or if I would need a third machine.

Wow. That's my setup (w/ a crossover). I kept thinking it wouldn't be enough.

Do you think you'd need to add more pcs for the design exams?

Not sure about design exams - haven't got that far yet

I am current working on 70-291 , for that you need 2 PC both running server op system, that's it

So when u have finished with 70-290 simply upgrade your Xp PC and you still have enough kit

Congratulation!!
I'm currently studying for my 70-290, but unsure what to study. I'm currently using the mspress and have been studying page by page....did you have any study guide that you follow to pass this test? May I ask what your background is relating to IT, and how long it it took you to study? thanks
